Godrej Properties announced its Raipur entry on July 16, acquiring ~50 acres near Old Dhamtari Road. The development will feature premium plotted residences with ~9.5 lakh sq ft saleable area. MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey stated this aligns with their strategy to enter high-growth cities via plotted developments, meeting Raipur's rising demand. The strategic location offers excellent connectivity (Central Raipur, station, airport), proximity to Atal Path and upcoming expressways, and access to social infrastructure.
