Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has announced the outright purchase of an approximately 48-acre land parcel in Doddaballapur, one of North Bengaluru’s most dynamic micro-markets. This new acquisition, located near the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), marks another key step in strengthening GPL’s presence in the region.
The company plans to develop this land into a plotted housing community, with a development potential of nearly 1.1 million square feet. The focus on plotted units aligns with rising demand for land in fast-growing suburban pockets.
